Ingredients
  

  • 1 apple - grated
  • 1 orange - grated rind and juice
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • butter (size of an egg)
  • pie shell

Instructions
 

  • Grate apple; add orange, sugar, butter and yolks.
  • Beat whites and add lastly.
  • Bake slowly in open shells.
