Ingredients
  

  • 3 egg yokes
  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • ⅔ cup butter
  • 1 tsp spice
  • 1 tsp cloves
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Mix the flour and sugar together, then cream with the butter.
  • Add the yolks of the eggs, beating thoroughly. Next add cream and spices.
  • Use the whites for the frosting.
