Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¾ cup sour milk
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • ¾ cup molasses
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 ½ tsp (baking) soda well sifted
  • 2 cups flour

Instructions
 

  • Bake in gem pans.

Notes

Greatly improved by adding nuts and raisins.
