  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup cold water
  • sugar
  • 1 wineglass sherry
  • nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Beat the egg. Heat the water and wine together but not boiling; pour onto the egg, stirring constantly; flavor with sugar and nutmeg.
