Pineapple Egg-Nog

Ingredients
  

  • 1 egg
  • speck salt
  • ¾ tbsp sugar
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 ½ tbsp pineapple juice

Instructions
 

  • Beat the egg, add the sugar and salt; blend thoroughly, add the milk and pineapple juice. Serve immediately.

Notes

Have eggs and milk chilled before blending. A lemonade shaker may be used for the blending.
