fresh shrimps

hot boiled rice

Worcestershire sauce

cream

flour
butter (size of an egg)
paprika and salt to taste
Instructions
Dissolve flour in cream.
Add shrimps, rice, pepper (chopped), pour in cream, add butter, add condiments.
Notes
Add just before serving 1 wineglass sherry or Madeira.
