- eggs
- cracker crumbs
- milk
- onion
- salt and pepper
- Beat eggs lightly and add crushed cracker crumbs till it forms a thick paste, then thin with a little milk. Season with finely cut onion, pepper and salt. Fry in butter, like pancakes.
