Ingredients
  

  • 2 egg yokes
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp tarragon vinegar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • ½ pint whipped cream

Instructions
 

  • Beat well; cook in double boiler. When cold and ready to serve, fold in ½ pint of whipped cream.
