lobster

season to taste

onion (juiced)

lemon (juiced)
paprika
sweet peppers
egg
Instructions
When cooked beat in the yolk of an egg.
Pick to pieces 1 can of lobster, juice of 1 onion, juice of 1 lemon, stalk of celery chopped fine, paprika, sweet peppers, cut fine.
Mix all together and serve in ramekins.
Notes
Serve very hot. Serves 12 people.
