Ingredients
  

  • 1 pint fresh shrimps
  • 1 cup hot boiled rice
  • 1 medium green pepper
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp tomato catsup
  • 1 pint cream
  • 1 tsp flour
  • butter (size of an egg)
  • paprika and salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Dissolve flour in cream.
  • Add shrimps, rice, pepper (chopped), pour in cream, add butter, add condiments.

Notes

Add just before serving 1 wineglass sherry or Madeira.
