
Shrimp Wriggle
Ingredients
- 1 pint fresh shrimps
- 1 cup hot boiled rice
- 1 medium green pepper
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp tomato catsup
- 1 pint cream
- 1 tsp flour
- butter (size of an egg)
- paprika and salt to taste
Instructions
- Dissolve flour in cream.
- Add shrimps, rice, pepper (chopped), pour in cream, add butter, add condiments.
Notes
Add just before serving 1 wineglass sherry or Madeira.
