Spice Pie
Ingredients
- 3 egg yokes
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 1 cup cream
- 2 tbsp flour
- ⅔ cup butter
- 1 tsp spice
- 1 tsp cloves
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
- Mix the flour and sugar together, then cream with the butter.
- Add the yolks of the eggs, beating thoroughly. Next add cream and spices.
- Use the whites for the frosting.
