Jam Cake
Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 cups butter
- 3 cups lard
- 3 eggs
- 1 glass strawberry jam
- 1 tsp cloves
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ grated nutmeg
- ½ cup sour milk
- 1 tsp (baking) soda
- 2 cups flour
Instructions
- Bake in a slow oven.
