
Cream Gingerbread
Ingredients
- 2 eggs, beaten
- ¾ cup sugar
- ¾ cup sour milk
- 1 tbsp ginger
- ¾ cup molasses
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 ½ tsp (baking) soda well sifted
- 2 cups flour
Instructions
- Bake in gem pans.
Notes
Greatly improved by adding nuts and raisins.
