Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 cups corn meal (yellow)
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions
 

  • Sift all dry ingredients—sugar, flour, meal, salt and baking powder.
  • Beat yolks and add milk, stir into dry materials. Now beat whites stiff and add. Lastly stir in melted butter.
  • Bake in greased pans about twenty to thirty minutes.
