Ingredients
  

Filling

  • 1 egg (beaten light)
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • juice of one lemon and grated rind

Shell

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp lard
  • cold water

Instructions
 

Filling

  • Mix well and cook to consistency of custard, and fill the pastry which is turned up and made into the shape of a tart.

Shell

  • Handle as little as possible; roll thin and cut with cutter 6 inches in diameter.
