Ingredients
  

  • 1 can salmon (or fresh salmon)
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup fine bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup cream
  • 1 pinch paprika
  • salt to season

Instructions
 

  • Mix well and form into croquettes. Roll in egg and cracker crumbs and fry in deep fat.
