This makes a light, crisp, flaky and delicious pie crust

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ cup lard
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup ice cold water
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Mix salt, baking powder and flour thoroughly, chop in the lard, add water.
  • Use as little flour as possible when rolling out.
