
Pie Crust
This makes a light, crisp, flaky and delicious pie crust
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- ½ cup lard
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ cup ice cold water
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Mix salt, baking powder and flour thoroughly, chop in the lard, add water.
