
Sand Tarts
Ingredients
- 1 lb granulated sugar
- ¾ lb butter
- 1 lb flour
- 1 lb blanched almonds (split)
- 3 eggs
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar till very light, add the yolks of the three eggs and the whites of two.
- Add the flour; roll on the board and cut in oblong or diamond shapes. Beat the white of the remaining egg and bake.
