
Coconut Tarts
Ingredients
- 7 egg (whites)
- 1 lb sugar (pulverized)
- ½ lb butter
- 1 coconut
Instructions
- Grate the coconut, beat the butter and sugar to a cream.
- Beat the eggs until very dry and light; mix well together and bake on pie crusts rolled very thin.
