Ingredients
  

  • 7 egg (whites)
  • 1 lb sugar (pulverized)
  • ½ lb butter
  • 1 coconut

Instructions
 

  • Grate the coconut, beat the butter and sugar to a cream.
  • Beat the eggs until very dry and light; mix well together and bake on pie crusts rolled very thin.
  • This amount will make four large tarts.
